POLICIES & FAQs

❥ UPHOLSTERY PROJECTS
Oh So Soho is owned by a single operator. This means we have flexibility to schedule projects when the client needs but sometimes we appreciate your patience if we are finishing up one job prior to starting the next. We make every effort to get things underway by doing the initial consultation, taking measurements, giving you a quote and ordering fabric in the meantime.

We kindly ask that you cover the cost of gas and tolls for pick up and delivery of your upholstery projects.

❥ A NOTE ABOUT OUR FLOOR PILLOWS
Oh So Soho Floor Pillows are a unique and distinctive product; each pillow is handmade from 3 different, coordinating fabrics.
In each collection, the combination of patterns, the blend of textures and range of colors, is intended to be both exciting and harmonious. Each pillow is unique and has been designed to be pleasing and delightful on it's own and as part of a coordinated group of pillows.

When purchasing individual pillows, we cannot guarantee which 3 fabrics from the collection you will be receiving, although we will try to honor special requests.
Your purchase will contain some, but not all, of the fabrics shown in the swatches.
The colors of the fabrics may appear different from those in the photos because monitor/screen settings vary and do not give an accurate representation of hue.

The collections are handmade in limited quantities and when a line of fabric is finished we may not be able to replace it with the exact match but hope to find a fabric of similar color, texture, style or pattern that continues to convey the overall feel of the collection.

❥ MATERIALS
Oh So Soho pillows products are proudly designed and handmade in the U.S.A.
The fabrics are manufactured and imported from countries including but not limited to: China, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan & South Korea.
All fabrics (except those that require dry cleaning) are pre-washed and ironed to prevent shrinkage.
Oh So Soho Floor Pillows are shipped with the completed fabric cover, that has double-piped edges, a concealed zipper and includes a high-density polyurethane foam insert.

❥ TECHNICAL
Our floor pillow insert is made in the U.S.A., from high-density polyurethane, open cell foam and according to the manufacturer, has a typical life of about 5-8 years depending on exposure to heat, light, moisture and wear & tear.

We are very aware that the materials we choose have an environmental impact and can affect our health and safety. That is why we have researched to find the right foam product with the best balance between price and earth-friendly options.

The knowledge that the materials you intend to bring into your home are certified to meet certain additive and emissions requirements can help you make informed decisions prior to purchase, and peace of mind after you have brought the product home.
